How to Pack Your Shipment Safely

Follow our step-by-step packaging guidelines to ensure safe transit of fragile, electronic, and general items.

Step 01

Choose the Right box

Select a sturdy, corrugated cardboard box that fits your item with 2-3 inches of padding space on all sides.

Quick Tips:
  • Use new or like-new boxes
  • Avoid boxes with existing damage
  • Double-wall boxes for heavy items
Step 02

Add Protective Padding

Wrap items individually with bubble wrap, foam, or packing paper. Fill all empty spaces to prevent movement.

Quick Tips:
  • Bubble wrap for fragile items.
  • Crumpled paper for fill spaces.
  • At least 2 inches of padding
Step 03

Secure the Contents

Ensure items cannot shift during transit. Use dividers for multiple items and tape all interior flaps.

Quick Tips:
  • No movement when shaken
  • Separate fragile items
  • Use cardboard dividers
  • Label fragile packages clearly with “FRAGILE” stickers
Step 04

Seal the Package

Close the box and seal all openings with strong packing tape. Reinforce edges and seams.

Quick Tips:
  • Use 2-inch wide tape
